Sr. Store Keeper

Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Accountable for the good stored in all stores (FG, SP and RMPM) and to ensure store activity run smoothly
To control material requirement in view of company stock, expected deliveries, and pending purchase orders
To keep the main stock of material without affecting the production demand and to keep close follow up of inventory levels
To maintain documented procedures for handling, packing, preservation and delivery of product/materials
To provide proper methods handling products that will prevent damage of deterioration and maintain the quantity of every item in the store
To maintain designated storage areas of product, pending use or delivery. The condition of the items to be assessed at appropriate interval to detect deterioration
To be fully acquainted with approved system (SAP) and documentary cycles in the stores and their implementations.
To ensure that the warehouses & tank farm is always maintained well. clean lines & housekeeping of the warehouse is maintained at all the times
To ensure real time data entry in SAP with 100% accuracy
To be responsible for coordination between the department and individuals in his section
To participate in maintaining the ISO 9001 & 14001, SMK 3 implementation

Requirement

Diploma or Bachelor in any major
At least 3 years’ of experience in same field.
Able to work as individual and able to work as team in cross functional department
Familiar with Microsoft office program and SAP
