Posisi :

1. Manager – Human Capital (HR 2209061)

The Role of the Manager – Human Capital is to manage, control and review all activities and programs in HR and support also to maintain the Human Capital strategy as well as to handle issues related to employment in accordance with the laws and regulations, policies, and CLA as well as to ensure the smooth support in Site operations and Jakarta office.

Candidates for this role would be expected to have the following qualifications and experience:

  1. Bachelor’s Degree (S1) or Master’s Degree (S2) in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Legal or related discipline.
  2. Desirable to have BNSP Competence as in HR Manager.
  3. Desirable to have Certified Professional in HR Management (CPHRM).
  4. Desirable to understand or have a Legal and Psychology degree.
  5. Have 5 years above in Managerial / Management experience within an HR Department in mining and minerals processing.
  6. Have broad knowledge and experience in handling employment and industrial relations and compensation benefits according to Indonesian laws, particularly labor laws.
  7. Experience in mining site operations, occupational health and safety, and local community handling.
  8. Have broad experience in people and organization development as well as human resources systems and infrastructure.
  9. Have integrity and trustworthiness in confidential information.
  10. Self-directed to achieve individual, team, and organizational goals.

2. Engineer – Mechanical Reliability (HR 2209061)

The Role of the Engineer – Mechanical Reliability (Fixed Plant) is to manage the Reliability Engineering function within fixed plant maintenance and provide technical support to the Maintenance execution teams in line with operational needs. This role will work as part of a team and seek continuous improvement opportunities and provide professional support to the broader maintenance group, seek to improve reliability of the crushing, milling and gold extraction circuits in line with business plans, and also provide support and coaching on the reliability principles to the Condition Monitoring technicians and employees across the maintenance and operations teams.

Candidates for this role would be expected to have the following qualifications and experience:

  1. Minimum Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  2. Possess broad-based, minimum have 3 years of experience in similar engineering roles within the mining, oil and gas or similar heavy industrial environment.
  3. Have Vibration, Oil Analysis and NDT Training Qualifications.
  4. Desirable have Formal Root Cause Analysis training/qualification.
  5. A good understanding of world-class mining standards and associated safety standards (ANZS, BS, IEC, ASTM & PAS 55)
  6. A good understanding of ‘Computer Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
  7. Extensive previous experience with reliability engineering in a mining process plant or heavy industry environment.
  8. Desirable to have hands-on knowledge of Pronto or similar CMMS software and knowledge of maintenance tactics development tools (RCM, FMEA, PMO etc).
  9. Broad-based comprehensive experience with Mechanical maintenance, problem-solving and inspection processes.
  10. Good knowledge of predictive maintenance methodologies and understanding of different condition monitoring technologies (Condition Monitoring training; Vibration Analysis, Thermography, Oil Analysis, NDT techniques).
  11. Monitor equipment wear rates and use this data to optimise PM tasks.
  12. Interpretation of engineering drawings.
  13. Facilitate Root Cause Failure Analysis as required. Identify and implement required corrective actions.
  14. Complete the required documentation.
  15. Ability to prepare reports and maintain accurate records.
  16. Computer literacy with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Internet.
  17. Reasonable English language verbal and written communication skills.
  18. Possess excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.
  19. Pays a high level of attention to standard and detail.

3. Junior Engineer – TSF (HR 2209061)

The Role of the Junior Engineer – TSF is to:

  1. Responsible for all field and lab tests of concrete and soil, also including maintaining test result records (documentation) in a good manner (easy to find and read).
  2. Ensure field and lab concrete and soil test according to the standard requirement.
  3. Ensure QA/QC for TSF construction meet specification.
  4. Active communication with the QA/QC Engineer of the contractor.
  5. Advice Supervisor daily in related to test results.
  6. Develop subordinates by conduct on the job training.
  7. Running in-house soil lab belonging to PTAR and operating concrete compressive strength tests.

Candidates for this role would be expected to have the following qualifications and experience:

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Geotechnical Engineering with a minimum GPA of 3.0 from an accredited University.
  2. Desirable have a certificate of training for concrete and or Soil.
  3. Desirable have work experience in Dam construction.
  4. Understanding soil mechanics and concrete mix design.
  5. Familiar with concrete and soil test for field and lab.
  6. Fluent in English.
  7. Know Microsoft Office (Ms Word, Ms Excel, Ms PowerPoint, Ms Project), Plaxis, AutoCAD, Soil Investigation and Soil/ concrete Lab Test, and Slope Stability Analysis.
  8. Deadline: 28 Oktober 2022
