UOI is one of the biggest Olechemical factories in the world and has been built on an area of 18 hectares, located in Special Economic Zone (KEK) Sei Mangkei, Blok M, N, R, S Huta VI District of Bosar Maligas, Simalungun, North Sumatra, Indonesia, where 30% of equipment manufacturers using domestic products, the plant is designed to process CPKO (Crude Palm Kernel Oil) and 95% of the products will be used by Unilever factories around the world. Indonesia.

Posisi :

Assistant Manager Outbound Logistic Non-South Asia

The work scope are :

Responsible to book the shipment booking as sign off dispatch target.
Responsible for controlling document, ensuring no overdue document, no shipment complaint due to delaying Document to costumer.
Responsible for Billing dispatch process and ensuring No discrepancy Actual with SAP Billing process.
Supervise shipment cost, ensuring no Overdue payment and no discrepancy from Invoicing with Rate Card dealing.
Responsible to ensure dispatch operation goes well.
Responsible and Leading Costumer complaint about Outbound Logistics and Insurance Claim.
To identify and implement continues improvement in OB Logistics.
To ensure that logistics service provider are operating in accordance with Unilever’s policies, safety, quality, Code of Business Process.

The qualifications needed :

Bachelor degree from all major.
5 years experience in related area.
Good knowledge of Inventory Management System and are able to operate MS Office, SAP, Application;
Able to process data accurately.
Good knowledge in bonded zone.
Has high integrity, honest, motivated, good interpersonal distinguished themselves, and can work alone or with a team
Willing to work and placed at Sei Mangkei, North Sumatera (Site).
