Posisi :

Human Resource Supervisor

Job Description :

1. Lead, direct and manage the HR activities at the site
2. Ensure the compliance of the policies and procedures related to the Human Resources activities
3. Implement approved HR program including recruitment, compensation and benefit, Industrial Relation, performance management and Human Resource Management System
4. Create, adjust and update site employees job description
5. Provide advice to line management on all HR related issues
6. Be the communication link between employees and organization
7. Coordinate with Training Coordinator for all employees training needs
8. Execute Health, security, environmental and safety rules regulations of the company
9. Practice recommended behaviors that adhere to core values of the company
10. Implements and complies with company rules and policies
11. Performs other related duties that may be assigned by superiors

Job Requirements :

1. Graduate of Bachelor Degree in Management, Psychology, Law and relevant major
2. Minimum 5 years of working experience
3. Good Knowledge about Indonesia Labor Law
4. Good communication and reporting skill both verbal and in writing, specifically in English language
5. Enthusiasm to learn new knowledge and systems
6. Good logical thinking
7. Proactive attitude
8. Willing to work on weekends, holiday, and overtime as necessary
9. Willing to travel and relocate in Tarutung, North Sumatra
10. Having multi-cultural knowledge and working experience
