Site Acquisition (SITAC)

Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Job description:

Searching site (rooftop/Monopole) candidate refer to the nominal point
Create survey report of candidate surveyed
Proceed & Follow up “Ijin Warga” & other related permit
Collect supporting docs of site candidate
Work closely with Radio Network planning team & Procurement team & Area Manager
Manage & Coordinate SITAC regional team

It will be plus if the candidate have this skill :

Understand on LOS Survey
Have Knowlegde on structure building , identity beam and column
Not afraid working at Height

Requirement:

Diploma or Bachelor Degree (S1) from reputable university, any major
Maximum 30 years old
More than 1 years as related position in telecommunication project
Familiar with SITAC, CME, PLN Procure Flow. Has excellent negotiation, communication & good interpersonal skill
Familiar with SITAC Lease document and legal package documents
High motivation & could work under pressure, willing to be travel & placed around Indonesia region
Able to use GPS
Able to use drawing application (ex: Autocad or other)
Good Interpersonal Skill & Communication skill
Hardworking and targert oriented.
