Boutique Supervisor Luxury Watches & Jewelry

Job Description :

Mastering knowledge and information related to the brand and share to respected customers
Deliver standard service excellence to customers, based on brand guidelines
Establishing contact and developing relationships with regular and new customers
Supervising employees engaged in sales, inventory-taking, reconciling cash receipts or in performing services for customers
To keep and maintain customer database and preferences
Consistently contributing sales by accomplishing store monthly target
Monitoring daily stock inventory, ensuring product, display material, sales kit and boutique environment are in good condition

Requirements :

Holding at least a Diploma degree from a reputable academy or university.
Having at least 5 years of experience in high-end brand to help the incumbent in serving the client with full confidence
Having at least 3 years of experience as store leader in high-end brand in retail industry.
Having strong business-related knowledge and professional communication skill
Having the desire for the sales job with strong determination and be self-motivated in leading a team
Posing the high skill of teamwork and performing the job independently, as well as the capability to thrive in today’s competitive market
Excellent in operating Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel
Having proficiency in both verbal and writing English is a must
Having flexibility in work schedule is required, including the ability to work extended hours, weekends and holidays as operational need may require
