Job Requirements

Min Bachelor Degree in Psychology/Management/Administration/Engineering with min GPA 3.00
Min 2 years of working experience as Learning & Development/Training Staff
Strong competencies in Learning Management and Competency Development

2. Management Reporting Officer

Job Requirements

Bachelor Degree in Accounting
Minimum 2 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Financial Reporting and Financial Management
Strong competencies in Financial Statement Analysis and Accounting Control
Strong analytical thinking
Good communication skill

3. Secretary

Job Requirements

Min Diploma 3 / Bachelor Degree majoring Secretary or Administration
Have min 3 years experience as Secretary
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Detail oriented

4. Qhse Department Head

Job Requirements

Bachelor Degree in any major
Having minimum 10 years of experience (5 years in Managerial level) in Safety & Health Management, Operation safety, Environmental Management, Waste Water Management, and Quality Management System Development

Job Requirements

Job Requirements

Bachelor Degree in Accounting with min GPA of 3.00
Minimum 2 years of working experience from Public Accounting Firm or as Finance & Accounting Staff
Preferably having experience in handle Budgeting and Reporting
Strong competencies in Finance, Accounting, Budgeting, and Reporting
Excellent work standard and attentive to detail

8. Legal Officer

Job Requirements

Minimum Bachelor Degree in Law, with min. GPA 3.25
Master Degree in Law would be beneficial
Min 2 years experience in the field of corporate law
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Have good competencies in Legal Drafting, Legal Analysis, Legal Research, and Legal Compliance
Able to work independently and in a team
Have excellent communication (written & spoken) in English and Bahasa

9. Production Supervisor

Job Requirements

Minimum Bachelor degree in Mining Engineering

Have minimum 2 years of working experience in Production Engineer or Drill Blast Engineer

Certified POP & KJL II is a must

Advance competencies in drilling and blasting, operational safety, operational technique, mining operational development, and project management

Good communication, leadership, and interpersonal skill

Good analytical thinking, problem solving, and decision making

Willing to be placed in Balangan, South Kalimantan

10. Environmental Superintendent

Job Requirements

Bachelor degree in Environmental engineering / Mining Engineering / K3
Have min. 5 years of working experience in Safety, Health and Environmental Superintendent
Advance competencies in Environmental Management, Operational Safety, & Safety & Health Management
Good communication, leadership and interpersonal skill

11. External Relation Section Head

Job Requirements

S1 Law, Social Sciences, Economics Management
Minimum 5 years experience in the same position
Have experience in liaising with various stakeholders
Have good communication and negotiation skills
Understand the laws and regulations related to mining permits

12. Permit License & Land Management Supervisor

Job Requirements

13. Senior Programmer

Job Requirements

Bachelor Degree of Informatics Engineering or other related major
Have 2 – 4 years of working experience as Programmer, especially in handling SAP
Have strong competencies in Net, Java, Sharepoint Designer, MS Access, SQL Server administration & programming, Window Server, Web Server (IIS), Sharepoint Server, and IT Awareness

14. Contracts Manager

Job Requirements

S1 All off mayors from reputable university
Minimum 8 years of working experience as Procurement
Having procurement / purchasing experience
Having procurement management capabilities, negotiations, Axapta or other systems, operating computer standards, English, expediting, communication, contract management, improvement

15. Health & Safety Environment Section Head

Job Requirements

Bachelor Degree in Environmental Engineering
Min 5 years experience in the same position
Understand the implementation and audit of SMKP, SMK3
Have competence in the field of reclamation, liquid waste management & B3
Understanding Health & Safety in the coal operational process business
Having POM will be a plus
Willing to be placed in Lahat, South Sumatra

16. Mine Water Treatment Supervisor

Job Requirements

Bachelor degree in Environmental Engineering / Chemical Engineering
Have min. 3 years of working experience in waste water management

Have minimal 3 years experience as Auditor, preferably from Public Accounting Firm or Mining company
Having knowledge of the auditor and mining activities.
Have strong communication and interpersonal skills.

21. Procurement Supervisor

Job Requirements

Minimum Diploma Degree of Naval Architecture or Civil Engineering.
Minimum 3 years of experience in the same or related position in Shipyard Industry or other similar industries.
Able to supervise and conduct vendor selection by evaluating price offers
Familiar with marine work tools and spare parts.

Job Requirements

Preferably have good understanding about INCO Terms 2020, HS Code including Custom Process

27. Maintenance I&C Technician

Job Requirements

Minimum Senior High School graduate majoring in Electrical Engineering with minimum 2 years of experience in related position in Coal Fired Power plant or Manufacturing
Fresh graduates with Diploma 3 majoring in electrical engineering with GPA min. 3.00 are welcome
Good communication skill
Broad experience and proven skills in coal fired power plant operations and maintenance will be advantage
Having coal fired power plant technical competency certifications are preferable
Good command in English both verbal and written are preferable
Willing to be located at Tanjung – Tabalong, South Kalimantan

28. Maintenance Mechanical Supervisor

Job Requirements

Minimum Diploma Degree (D3) graduate majoring in Civil/Mechanical Engineering
Minimum 3 (three) years of experience as related position in power plant industry of power plant in manufacturing
Broad experience and proven skills in coal fired power plant operation & maintenance will be advantage.
Good command in English both verbal and written
Willing to be based in Tanjung – Tabalong, South Kalimantan

29. Technical Superintendent – Renewable

Job Requirements

Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) graduate majoring in Engineering (Renewable/Sustainable Energy, Mechanical/Electrical/Chemistry)
Minimum 5 (five) years of experience in Project Engineer, Design Engineer, Site Engineer, Construction Engineer, O&M Engineer, Performance Engineer preferably in Renewable Energy Industry
Preferably having exposure in Renewable Energy Power Plant Engineering, Design, Procurement, Construction, and Operations & Maintenance
Have good knowledge about International and National Codes & Standards and Regulations related to the Renewable Energy, including National Grid Code and TKDN
Good command in English both verbal and written

32. Construction Supervisor

Job Requirements

Bachelor Degree of Civil Engineering or any major equivalent
Having minimum 3-5 years of experience as Site Engineer on Construction Project
Have competencies in Civil Engineering Design (land works, drainage, roads, and bridges), Engineering Design – Industrial Building & Low Rise Building (Office, Housing Complex), Construction Methods, Project Management, and Contract Management
Willing to travel to Adaro Job Sites in certain period of time

33. Hse Officer (revegetation)

Job Requirements

Min S1 in environmental health, mining, engineering
Have min 3 years of work experience HSE Officer
Have min POP certificate
Have a certificate SMKP audit
Strong competencies in auditing SMKP, SMK3, incident investigation, report ledding and lagging indicators, management of the work environment, report comply (evaluation of laws and regulations), emergency response management, Safety accountability program
Willing to be placed in Tabalong, South Kalimantan
