Berikut kami sampaikan informasi Lowongan Kerja dari PT Unilever Oleochemical Indonesia. PT. Unilever Oleochemical Indonesia (UOI) was established on January 3rd, 2012 and is wholly owned by Unilever Netherland.

UOI is one of the biggest Olechemical factories in the world and has been built on an area of 18 hectares, located in Special Economic Zone (KEK) Sei Mangkei, Blok M, N, R, S Huta VI District of Bosar Maligas, Simalungun, North Sumatra, Indonesia, where 30% of equipment manufacturers using domestic products, the plant is designed to process CPKO (Crude Palm Kernel Oil) and 95% of the products will be used by Unilever factories around the world.

Saat ini kami membutuhkan tenaga kerja untuk ditempatkan sebagai berikut:

Posisi :

Assistant Manager Regulatory Compliance

ROLES :

Monitor and coordinate the implementation of CPKB aspects;
Review and revise CPKB documents according to conditions and needs;
Responsible for the implementation of internal and external audits;
Responsible for overall quality management systems and product certification : ISO9001, FSSC 22000, RSPO, FDA, Halal, Kosher, ISO 17025, REACH and others;
Ensuring compliance with good manufacturing practice, all legal and regulatory requirements;
Managing and developing the HACCP system;
Responsible as Technical person in charge for cosmetic/bar production.

QUALIFICATIONS :

Bachelors degree in Pharmacy and Pharmacist graduates from reputed University;
Minimum 5 years of experiences in related fields;
Has basic CPKB skills, experience in the pharmaceutical industry is preferred;
Has experience in the field of Product Quality Control and Assurance (QCQA) for the pharmaceutical or cosmetic industry;
Has good understanding in quality management systems and product certification : ISO9001, FSSC 22000, RSPO, FDA, Halal, Kosher, ISO 17025, REACH and others;
Has good Management Skills; Leadership; Motivational Skills; Strong Communication Skills; Multitasking; Customer Service; Problem Solving Skills; Creativity; Ability to Work Well Under Pressure; Performance Management; Ability to Foster Teamwork; Organization; Ability to Educate Others; Basic Computer Skills; Attention to Detail;
Strong English communication both spoken and written;
Strong analytical skills and presentation skills;
Proficient in Ms .Excel, word, Power point, Power BI and Outlook;
Have high integrity, honestly, high motivation, good self inter personal and can work personally or team;
Safety and Quality Oriented;
Demonstrated high level of problem solving ability to make decisions independently;
Demonstrated excellence in priority setting and execution skills;
Able to handle multiple priorities;
Willing to be place in Sei Mangkei, North Sumatera.
