PT Pembangunan Perumahan (Persero) Tbk sebagai salah satu perusahaan BUMN yang bergerak dalam bidang perencanaan dan konstruksi bangunan (real estate).  PT PP (Persero) didirikan dengan nama NV Pembangunan Perumahan berdasarkan Akta Notaris No 48 tanggal 26 Agustus 1953. Pada saat itu didirikan PT PP (Persero) telah dipercaya untuk membangun rumah bagi para petugas PT Semen Gresik Tbk, anak perusahaan dari BAPINDO di Gresik. Seiring dengan peningkatan kepercayaan, PT PP (Persero) menerima tugas untuk membangun proyek-proyek besar yang berhubungan dengan kompensasi perang Pemerintah Jepang dibayarkan kepada Republik Indonesia, yaitu: – Hotel Indonesia, Bali Beach Hotel, – Ambarukmo Palace Hotel dan – Samudera Beach Hotel.



Saat ini kami membuka lowongan baru untuk ditempatkan sebagai berikut:

Posisi :

1. HC Learning Management

Requirements

  1. Male/ female, max 28 years old
  2. Minimum bachelor degree in Psychology/Management/Industrial Engineering, preferably in Human Capital area (Master degree would be advantages)
  3. Minimum of 2 years experience in people development, training, or other people-related functions
  4. Fluent in English, both verbal and written
  5. Experience working in a complex organization; collaborating cross-functionally with different levels of stakeholders
  6. Organized, detail-oriented and able to manage priorities while working in a fast-paced environment
  7. Strong working knowledge of E-learning development is desirable
  8. Strong analytical skills and proactive in problem solving
  9. People enthusiast & strong in branding
  10. Have a good interpersonal and communication skills

Responsibilities

  1. Assesses training and development needs through surveys, interviews, group discussions, and communications with managers.
  2. Develops training programs to fulfill employees’ specific needs to improve job skills.
  3. Creates and/or acquires training materials such as guides, toolkit, e-courses.
  4. Maintains records of training and development activities, attendance, and results of tests and assessments
  5. Collaborates with vendors to adapt and/or customize materials where relevant.
  6. Evaluates program effectiveness through assessments, surveys, and feedback.
  7. Maintains knowledge of the latest trends in learning and development.
  8. Maintains records and reports of expenses.
  9. Performs other related duties as required.
  10. Coordinate and execute learning programs for employees
  11. Research the latest trends, tools, and best practices in the Learning and Development space and recommend suitable applications.

2. Culture Transformation

  1. Male/ female, max 28 years old
  2. Minimum bachelor degree in Psychology/ Management (Master degree would be advantages)
  3. Minimum of 2 years experience in employee engagement, culture engagement, corporate communications, conceptualizing cultural programs, or       related field
  4. Have a creative & critical thinking
  5. Have a skill related to copy writing/content/visual design (would be a plus point)
  6. Have exposure in human resources mindset and flow process
  7. Have exposure in event organizer/strong project management skill
  8. Fluent in english both verbal and written
  9. Be able to work independently as well as part of a team

3. HC Strategic Planning & Organizational Development

  1. Minimum of 2 years experience in an HR/Management Consulting role, with quite of exposure in some of the following domains: Organizational Development
  2. Minimum of bachelor degree in human resources, psychology or business administration or another relevant educational background          (Master degree would be advantages)
  3. Have some experience in the involvement of a complex organization transformation
  4. Must possess comfortability in dealing with users of all levels in an organization, as well as have the ability to build trusted relationships across multiple stakeholders
  5. Must be team-oriented and demonstrate the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
  6. Having the ability to analyze data, provide initial insights/recommendations is a plus point
  7. Familiar with HCIS (SAP would be advantages)
