UOI is one of the biggest Olechemical factories in the world and has been built on an area of 18 hectares, located in Special Economic Zone (KEK) Sei Mangkei, Blok M, N, R, S Huta VI District of Bosar Maligas, Simalungun, North Sumatra, Indonesia, where 30% of equipment manufacturers using domestic products, the plant is designed to process CPKO (Crude Palm Kernel Oil) and 95% of the products will be used by Unilever factories around the world.

Unilever Oleochemical Indonesia (UOI) is one of the world's Oleochemical Company which located in Kawasan Ekonomi Khusus (KEK) Sei Mangkei, Kabupaten Simalungun, North Sumatera, is welcoming high caliber professionals to come on board as part of our management team as



Responsible to ensure all the HR activities in recruitment and on boarding during project are meet and execute within the HR standard, maintain the good relationship of the company toward all the stakeholders. Keeping and maintain the good relationship between the company and the University / technical School to ensure productivity in place. The function as training and development is to identify the training needs to ensure the employee’s competency growth and meet the company expectation


  • Conduction process of recruitment to fulfill the manning plan based on the structure organizations needs and controlling the FTE status.
  • Coordinate with universities to make memorandum of understanding.
  • Set up and manage on boarding program including training curriculum to ensure the development start at the first place
  • Manage all documentation related with new hiring to ensure its compliance with audit standard
  • Plan and execute the recruitment publicity thru online portal
  • Control and manage all of employee manual document and all HR system.
  • Control and Manage HR policy and procedure


  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related (essential) from reputed University.
  • Minimum 5 years of experiences in HR Management role (essential).
  • Exposure to labor law and employment equity regulations.
  • Effective HR administration and people management skills.
  • Management Skills; Leadership; Motivational Skills; Strong Communication Skills; Multitasking; Customer Service; Problem Solving Skills; Creativity; Ability to Work Well Under Pressure; Performance Management; Ability to Foster Teamwork; Organization; Ability to Educate Others; Basic Computer Skills; Attention to Detail
  • Strong English communication both spoken and written.
  • Strong analytical skills and presentation skills. 
  • Proficient in Ms .Excel, word, Power point, Power BI and Outlook  
  • Have high integrity, honestly, high motivation, good self inter personal and can work personally or team.
  • Safety and Quality Oriented.
  • Demonstrated high level of problem solving ability to make decisions independently.
  • Demonstrated excellence in priority setting and execution skills.
  • Able to handle multiple priorities.
  • Willing to be place in Sei Mangkei, North Sumatera.
