1. Paragon Leader Development Program (PLDP)

1. PLDP – Supply Chain Management

Qualifications:

Minimum of Diploma (D3)
Major in all Engineering, preferably in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Mecathronic, Material Engineering, and Chemistry
Final year students are welcome to apply
Have 1-2 years experience are welcome to apply

2. PLDP – PARAMA

Qualifications:

Minimum Diploma (D3) in all majors
Final year students and 1-2 years of experience are welcome to apply
Have good negotiation skills
Willing to be placed all over Indonesia

3. PLDP – Packaging Innovation

Qualifications:

Having strong interest in product’s packaging design
Experienced hire with 1-2 years
Preferably Engineering graduate
Project Leader experience
Fast learner and eager to learn
Good communication skill
Able to communicate in English both in written and oral form.

4. PLDP – Information Technology

Qualifications:

Minimum Bachelor (S1) of Information Technology/Information Systems or from other Engineering major with max 2 years experience
For non IT majoring: must have programming and database experience (esp. Python & PostgreSQL) and have desire to work in an information systems environment
Have an experience in ERP system (especially Odoo) will be preferred
Proven analytical skills and systematic problem solving
Good time-management skills, discipline, with a problem-solving attitude

Frontend Developer : Familliar with HTML,CSS, JS, JS Libraries (e.g. jQuery) or CSS & JS Frameworks (e.g., Bootstrap) Version Control (GIT)
Experience in JS Framework such as React JS / Vue JS & PWA would be an advantage
