Deskripsi Pekerjaan

• Lead and manage the Human Resources function including handling policies, procedures, and coordinating in the areas of recruitment, organizational development, training, performance management and industrial relations.
• Developing and maintaining the company culture
• Develop, improve and drive HR programs and initiatives according to corporate objectives.
• Identify needs in training, recruitment, talent development, and other HR functions as necessary.
• Find solutions on the issues of human resources to support achievements of company targets and act as a business partner to the management.
• Manage and maintain all General Affair activities, including office management, building facilities management, licensing and general administration
• To manage and supervise in the usage of Company's Inventory; to manage employee administration, annual leave, medical/hospital reimbursement. Also other secretarial task required by the Company.

Requirements

• Preferably Manager specialized in Human Resource in Manufacture / FMCG Company
• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s Degree/Post-Graduate Degree in major ; Law, Psychology, Management SDM etc
• At least 5 years of working experience in HRGA Manager
• Experience in end-to-end process of performance management, performance appraisal and assessment.
• Strong knowledge of HRGA function & labor law (recruitment, performance appraisal, training, Industrial relation, compensation & benefit, manpower planning)
• Able to understand business needs and able to integrate the comprehensive HR program and strategies as well as providing advises to the management
• Good analytical, problem-solving and ability to manage a team
• Actively able to use English both written and oral
• Willing to be based all subsidiaries Company of CJ Feed And Care Indonesia (Lampung, Serang, Semarang, Jombang, Medan, Kalimantan)
