Posisi :

Human Resource Supervisor

Qualifications :

• Minimum education S1, preferably majoring in Psychology & HR Management.
• Have a minimum of 2-3 years experience as Human Resources.
• Understand about the Recruitment and Payroll process
• Understand the use of psychological test tools
• Have good leadership, dynamic personality, good communication skills, hardworking and responsible.
• Able to operate Microsoft Office and Excel.

Duties and responsibilities :

• Carry out the standard recruitment process from start to finish
• Fulfill the required HR according to the Department's request
• Responsible for matters relating to employee attendance, calculation of salaries, overtime and others
• Input and calculate BPJS Employment and BPJS Health accurately
• Taking care of employee administration such as updating employee data, leave, attendance, correspondence
• Carry out other activities / work related to the HRD (Human Resource Department)
