MANAGEMENT TRAINEE (MT)

1. Management Trainee Legal

Our Management Trainee program will ignite the leader in you. This unique program is designed to develop Unilever’s Future Leaders (UFL) by providing challenging and purposeful opportunities that accelerate their readiness to take on business leadership roles. This includes extended leadership contact, formal training and professional development. Create your own journey through experiences, explore your potential, and join us to shape the future.

Requirements :

• Be Willing to be placed in Sei Mangkei-North Sumatera
• Has Bachelor Degree of Law with min. GPA 3.3/4.0 Graduate on 2021 and 2022
• Is fluent in English both verbal and written (TOEFL 450 or more)
• Has excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
• Has active participation in extracurricular and social activities
• Proactive and possesses strong will to make things happen.

2. Management Trainee Manufacturing

Our Management Trainee program will ignite the leader in you. • Has Bachelor Degree of Chemical Eng, Industrial Eng, Mechanical Eng, Electrical Eng, Environmental Eng, Chemistry, Accounting, with min. GPA 3.3/4.0 Graduate 2021 and 2022
• Is fluent in English both verbal and written (TOEFL 450 or more)
• Has excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
• Has active participation in extracurricular and social activities
• Proactive and possesses strong will to make things happen.
