QC Inspector

Deskripsi Pekerjaan

To do product inspection in the field.
To inform the Superior if he/she found the product out of specification
To complete all of QC daily inspection record.
To coordinate with QC chemist about finished product analysis result.
To take random sample as retained sample one piece per line and maintain retained sample.
To provide the product making such as release or hold and put it on the proper way.
To do another given by QC supervisor
To prepare all approved standard finished product and renewal regularly.
To take QDI sample every line and help supervisor to check it.
To help supervisor in trial process.
To follow QDI meeting every morning.
To prepared monthly report for QCI activity.
To participate in maintaining the ISO 9001 & 14001,SMK3, HAS 23000 and GMP implementation.
