PT Pilindo Megah Selatan membuka rekrutmen untuk mengisi lowongan sebagai berikut : 

Posisi :

Branch Manager

Job Desk :

  • Organising, leading and mentoring a medium size operations/commercial/doc team across import / export / finance, sales and doc
  • Accountability for maintaining specific KPI tasks
  • Monitoring performance of all vendors including depots, rail provider, domestic feeder and truckers
  • Proactively evaluating, assisting and maintaining SOP’s for all departments
  • Playing a key role in customer implementation, development and retention
  • Assisting the branch with knowledge pertaining to operational suggestions, requirements and or difficulties before new and existing accounts run into issues or queries
  • Ensure all compliance maintained and updated
  • Assessing and reporting on financial results and operational performance ensuring department profitability
  • Formulating strategies and establishing plans to identify and gain profitable new business opportunities and sustaining new business into the future
  • Manages branch employees: hires, terminates, determines salaries and promotions after consultation with HR. Responsible for performance evaluations and goal setting for management staff in the branch
  • Responsible for branch budget preparation and execution in accordance with Region and Corporate guidance
  • Develops plans for efficient use of company resources (office equipment, supplies, vehicles and facility). Maintain them in good order.

Soft Skills and Personality traits :

  • University Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience highly preferred
  • Nature and length of previous experience: 5+ years of management experience required in a sales/customer service role, preferably in shipping line industries
  • Specialist knowledge: Experience in industry with sales and business development required
  • Shipping line sales & Operation experience highly preferred
  • Experience with writing professional sales proposals and standard operation procedures highly preferred
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to sell customers with sales presentations
  • Proactive approach to solving problems
  • Team player with ability to work with cross-functional teams and all levels of management
  • Ability to work under time pressures
  • Polished communication skills
  • Ability and experience in managing others and prioritizing work
  • Accustomed to working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
