Sr. R&D Packaging Supervisor

REQUIREMENTS

Has 3+ years of experience in Packaging Development.
Bachelor’s degree from Chemical Engineering or equivalent.
Good knowledge in packaging materials, color management, packaging trends, packaging development, calculation of load ability, keyline drawing, packaging modification and packaging process parameters.
Maintain professionalism at all times and have strong customer service and good verbal communication skills.
Good understanding in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, SMK3 and HAS 23000.

Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Develop soap packaging according to customer requirement.
Communicate with supplier related packaging requirement.
Reviewing existing packaging specifications (paper wrapper, flow wrap, floppy box, plastic bundling, outer carton, plastic pouch, and shampoo packaging) and make improvements to provide added value to existing packaging.
Prepare key line drawing of soap packaging.
Reviewing the size and proportional design of new and existing products.
Conduct packaging stability test and control of packaging existing condition.
Create and review process parameters for packaging machines.
