UOI is one of the biggest Olechemical factories in the world and has been built on an area of 18 hectares, located in Special Economic Zone (KEK) Sei Mangkei, Blok M, N, R, S Huta VI District of Bosar Maligas, Simalungun, North Sumatra, Indonesia, where 30% of equipment manufacturers using domestic products, the plant is designed to process CPKO (Crude Palm Kernel Oil) and 95% of the products will be used by Unilever factories around the world.

ASSISTANT MANAGER ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT

Qualifications :

Bachelors degree in Environmental Engineering;
Minimum 1 years experience as Environment coordinator and monitor company;
Has good Management Skills; Leadership; Motivational Skills; Strong Communication Skills; Multitasking; Customer Service; Problem Solving Skills; Creativity; Ability to Work Well Under Pressure; Performance Management; Ability to Foster Teamwork; Organization; Ability to Educate Others; Basic Computer Skills; Attention to Detail;
Strong English communication both spoken and written;
Has good knowledge of key company business practices and processes;
Proficient in Ms .Excel, word, Power point, Power BI and Outlook;
Have high integrity, honestly, high motivation, good self inter personal and can work personally or team;
Willing to be place in Sei Mangkei, North Sumatera.

Main Job Purpose

Facilitate, motivate and promote the deployment of Environment Policy throughout the organization, through guidance, training, teamwork and assistance;
Construct and implement according to the environmental management system plan;
Manage strategic development and planning to reduce environmental footprint, from water and electricity energy;
Monitoring environmental management system (EMS) according to the policy of ISO 14001:2015;
Report the result of environmental management system implementation to executive board meetings;
Plans, coordinates, and participates in all operations of the waste water treatment process. Prepares reporting and analysis on operations and activities;
Participate during design phase, budgeting in relation with plant development, plant expansion, and maintenance both in short term and long term plan;
Manages and coordinates work with consultant, vendors and contractors in Waste Water Treatment process;
Communicate and conduct best practices to Technicians in maintenance of waste water treatment plant operation;
