UOI is one of the biggest Olechemical factories in the world and has been built on an area of 18 hectares, located in Special Economic Zone (KEK) Sei Mangkei, Blok M, N, R, S Huta VI District of Bosar Maligas, Simalungun, North Sumatra, Indonesia, where 30% of equipment manufacturers using domestic products, the plant is designed to process CPKO (Crude Palm Kernel Oil) and 95% of the products will be used by Unilever factories around the world.

Posisi :

Assistant Manager SHE

Qualifications :

Bachelors degree in Engineering with specialization in SHE or related discipline;
Minimum 2 years of experience in SHE role;
Has good Management Skills; Leadership; Motivational Skills; Strong Communication Skills; Multitasking; Customer Service; Problem Solving Skills; Creativity; Ability to Work Well Under Pressure; Performance Management; Ability to Foster Teamwork; Organization; Ability to Educate Others; Basic Computer Skills; Attention to Detail;
HSE Management System ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001, NFPA Standards, and HSE Management System Knowledgeable in ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001, NFPA Standard, and HSE Management System is Highly preferred;
Strong Passion in SHE;
Have knowledge about SHE rule and regulation;
Strong English communication both spoken and written;
Proficient in Ms .Excel, word, Power point, Power BI and Outlook;
Have high integrity, honestly, high motivation, good self inter personal and can work personally or team;
Safety and Quality Oriented;
Demonstrated high level of problem solving ability to make decisions independently;
Demonstrated excellence in priority setting and execution skills.
Able to handle multiple priorities;
Capable to calculate the data thoroughly and accurate;
Willing to be place in Sei Mangkei, North Sumatera.

Key Responsibilities / Accountabilities expected from role:

Ensure and maintain occupational and health standards compliance;
Assist in maintaining procedure guideline and occupational and health policy implementation;
Assist company and management prevention of accident;
Report occupational and health issue to SHE manager for follow up action;
Coordinate safety subcommittee to discuss plan and strategic actions of occupational safety standard implementation;
