The plant has an independent unit for the production of tin can, plastic packing, and PIT cans along with multi-color printed lines on them. Plans are well-underway to meet increasing demands on products.

The plant has earned the distinction of being the largest exporter of vegetable ghee from Indonesia. The plant supplies its fully processed products to multinational companies as well.

The plant strategic location near the port and close to necessary raw material resources is certainly an advantage from an economic point-of-view. Undoubtedly it gives the plant the opportunity to offer competitive high quality products to customers.The plant houses a well-equipped R&D facility operated by highly qualified personnel.

Posisi :

Production Supervisor (Molding)

Requirements :

Bachelor Degree from Electric / Mechanic, Chemical Engineering or Industrial Engineering as minimum education background
Active Communication in English Fluently
Have experience as Production Supervisor for 3 years in Packaging Cooking Oil Company
Active in giving idea and problem solving to develop plant and manpower
Will be more priority who stay in Medan
Have certification for training awareness of HACCP, GMP, ISO 9001 and 22000 to be priority
Have good attitude and strong team leadership in arranging all resources
Familiar in SAP to be priority

Job Responsibilities :

Responsible for shift production performance, ordering required material, manpower allocation, disciplinary and safety awareness, segregating and disposing non-conforming product and coordinating with other related section.
