Training & Development Specialist (Medan)

Responsibilities:

  • Design, manage, and implement training programs across the entire organization
  • Create training experiences designed for particular management levels
  • Oversee development of e-training solutions to train employees in Indonesia or other countries
  • Track and document training attendance and completion
  • Evaluate program effectiveness through meaningful metrics

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree from any major with maximum age of 28 years old
  • At least 2 years equivalent experiences in a related position
  • Experience with Training Need Analysis (TNA) and training in digital environments
  • Having knowledge of inclusive facilitation methodologies and familiarity with relevant software solutions
  • Good communication skill in English is a MUST
  • Innovative, good organizational and time management abilities
  • Willing to be mobile through Sumatera, Kalimantan, Sulawesi and surrounding area
  • Willing to be placement in Medan
