Posisi :

Export Document Staff (DIBUTUHKAN SEGERA)

Requirements:

• Minimum education Diploma III any mayor
• Minimum 1-year experience as export document staff
• Full knowledge of export
• Responsible and attention to detail

Deskripsi Pekerjaan

• Cordinating with sales team for export PO and provide the delivery plan
• Creating all shipping documents (PI, SC, PL, WL, CI, etc.)
• Checking vessel schedule and rate
• Booking vessel space and container
• Providing Shipping Instruction (SI) to freight forwarding
• Arranging local trucking with EMKL
• Checking cargo before export
• Familiar with PEB, BL, COO, Health Certificate, Lloyd's Certificate, Phytosanitary Certificate, Fumigation Certificate
• Checking BL, all documents, and amendment
• Understanding with LC
