Posisi :

Operations - Shopee Express, Sortation Center Team Leader (DC Palembang)

Kualifikasi:

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Bachelor Degree in any field
• Minimum 3 years working experience as a Coordinator or Supervisor in the Logistic, Supply Chain, or other relevant areas
• Experience in Warehouse, Expedition, Logistic, or 3PL will be an advantage
• Possess experience in the Middle Mile
• Good communication and leadership skills
• Proficiency in using Ms Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Word)
• Willing to be placed in Banyuasin, South Sumatera and to work in a shift when needed

Deskripsi Pekerjaan

The Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates.
