To be able to deliver this job, we believe the individual with a can-do attitude, leadership spirit and learning attitude will be the perfect combination to our team. Just with minimum 2-year working experience in the related field with Max 35 years old and willing to be placed in Jakarta Pusat, you might be the perfect candidate to join the next revolutionary thing.

Posisi :

Senior Relationship Manager - SME Lending (Medan)


  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in any field 
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Indonesia, English 
  • At least 3+ year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position 
  • Required skill(s): Financial analyst, sales 
  • Preferably Manager/Assistant Manager specialized in Banking/Financial Services or equivalent
  • Domicile in Medan, North Sumatra
  • Most of portfolio in Medan


  • Identifying new borrowers and manage the borrower on-boarding procedure.
  • Build new borrower pipeline to achieve monthly on-boarding volume and value targets. 
  • Manage borrower relationship before, during and after the funding process. 
  • Identifying potential new partner and developing new accounts in Indonesia. 
  • Develop partner/client proposals and structure commercial arrangements. 
  • Run meetings with potential client and facilitate up to contracting phase. 
  • Ensure legally binding commercial agreements are in place.
  • Establish and maintain client relationships. 
  • Any other revenue generating activities according to the Business Plan.
