Posisi :

Account Management (MEDAN AREA)

General Description: Account Management is responsible for maintaining relationship and become the first point of contact after going live with Shipper. Account Management is responsible to ensure client's satisfaction by coordinating with relevant departments, such as Sales, Service Owner, Operations, Finance, Product, etc.

Job Specification:

• Minimum 1 year experience as field sales, preferable understands ecommerce market
• Must possess at least Diploma Degree in any field.
• Able to ride and own a motorcycle is preferable (memiliki motor dan SIM C)
• Good record on achieving sales targets.
• Excellent listening, negotiating, presentation, and communication skill.
• Understand the complex of sales process.

Job Description :

• Act as first point of contact from clients for any issues or request
• Maintain relationship with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth
• Upsell / cross-sell Shipper products / services to clients
• Gather pain points, identify root cause, and coordinate with relevant departments for resolution
• Ensure that clients issues are solved in timely manner
