Posisi :

Aftersales Manager (Penempatan Medan)

Requirements:

• Maximum 38 years old
• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• Required language(s): English. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Core Responsibilities:

• Make and implement KPI target, for monthly,quarterly, and annualy period
• Supervise service team
• Achieve target of unit entry workshop (repair, regular service & warranty)
• Build and develop a service and spare part team which is competent, dedicated and efficient
• AR / AP controlling workshop
• Monitoring and controling day to day after sales service activity
• Analyze problems and complaints form customers
