Requirements:

• Hold minimum Bachelor Degree in Law
• Has experiences minimum 10 years in the related field (Hands on manufacturing plants)
• Has good understanding about HR systems, strong in Industrial Relations, Labour Law and Employment Regulations
• Dynamic Personality, Communicative and Detail
• Strong leadership, analytical and problem solving skills

Job Descriptions:

• Responsible for managing human resources in accordance with company regulations and Indonesia’s Labour Law
• Responsible for handling industrial relations matter (ex: Worker Union, Government, Termination & Resignation, etc.)
• Training and Organization Design
• General and Legal affairs, Legal Agreement, NGO, Audit, etc.
• Employee’s benefit (ex: BPJS, Insurance, etc.)
