Posisi :

Human Resource Manager

Qualifikation :

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource management, law or Equivalent
Required language : English, Bahasa Indonesia
At least 15 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
Preferably Manager/ Senior Manager specialized in Human Resource, Personnel & General Affair or Equivalent
Good Understanding in Labor law, regulation and policies
Knowledgeable in implementation of UU No.13 2013
Experience in handling industrial / employee relation & social issue
Have experience in handling Personnel, Payroll,Asset & transport management
Good at managing administration
Have strong interpersonal skill & leadership skill
Willing to be placed in all Wilmar Operations
