Posisi :

Depot Coordinator - North Sumatra

Kualifikasi :

Bachelor Degree of any fields
Having experience at least 5 years as Coordinator
Able to operate computer/ application (Ms Office : Ms. Excel, Power point)
Good planning and organizing skills
English active oral and written
Applicants must be willing to work in Medan, North Sumatra

Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Supervise and monitor all daily operational activities
Create a monthly depot's budget and work plan (Depot planning, prevention & maintenance)
Monitor & check the preparation of company inventory (Asphalt, Report, Diesel, Oil, Spare Parts, etc.)
Taking care of human resource management in Depot (depot operational system implementation, enforce work discipline in accordance with company regulation, subordinate performance evaluation, organize depot training with related department)
Coordinate with related department regarding to Depot Licensing Document, Operational Cash Flow, etc.
Coordinate with 3rd parties (shipping agency, Pelindo, Bea Cukai, Port Administration, etc.) regarding other Depot needs
