Account Executive

Kualifikasi :

  • Proven Sales Experience at least 1 – 2 years and good track record of over achieving quota. Experience in domestics express sales will be advantage.
  • Must have good conversational and communication, Time Management, Teamwork, Leadership, Problem Solving, Persuasive Skill
  • Required Skill: MS Office, Negotiation Skill
  • Required Skill : English & Bahasa 
  • Area : Surabaya, Balikpapan, Bandung, Banjarmasin, Medan

Job Description :

  • Accountable for achieving yearly sales and client revenue targets by actively sourcing new accounts to improve market share, by following up actively on all leads / hot prospects and by seeking all upsell potentials with existing / new clients within assign coverage sales area.
  • Respond and attend to RFPs, RFIs, rebids of local and multinational client’s as they are required and ensure that all client contracts meet required profitability. General Manager of Sales Management’s approval is required on all RFPs, RFIs, rebids before they are submitted to clients.
  • Maintaining existing customer by conducting regular visit to all existing client and conducting regular Quarterly Business Review with top 5 customer within area sales coverage.
