Posisi : 

Micro Plus Officer (Sumatera Utara)

Responsible

1. Base survey/ analysis related to necessity of new product and services focused on client
2. Design credit plus product and services according to client’s need previously collected
3. Pilot the credit plus product and services in certain number of branches
4. Develop training material and marketing tools to help branches communicate and build relationship with clients
5. Conduct technical training related to credit plus product and services
6. Demonstrate and assist branches in scaling up and managing credit plus activities
7. Strong coordination with external parties related to product supply and activities supports
8. Control and monitoring after assistance periodically including bottleneck troubleshooting

Kualifikasi :

1. Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in any field, Environmental Engineering majors is more preferable.
2. Fresh graduate from Environmental Engineering Majors are welcome to apply. or, 2 Year(s) of working experience in Marketing field for any other Majors.
3. Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
