Posisi :

HR Manager (based in Asahan, Sumatera Utara)

Kualifikasi :

• Bachelor Degree Majoring in Psychology/Human Resource/Management.
• Fluent in English (speaking and writing)
• Min. 5 years working experience as HR Manager
• Understand about Indonesia labor law regulation
• Willing to be placed at Remote area (Asahan, Sumatera Utara)
• This is 2 years contract based employment 
• Avaiilable to join ASAP

Job Details:

• Managing All HRD & GA Daily Activities
• Supervised & Controlling All Human Resources Matters 
• Recruitment, Manpower Control, Payroll, BPJS, Medical Reimbursement and etc.
• Supervise & Control GA matter eg. Building Operation, Vehicle Operation, Driver, etc.
• Supervise & Control Industrial Relation Matters
• Responsible on Company Regulation
• External Relation with Goverment Institution
• In Charge of Making Employment Contract
• etc.
