UOI is one of the biggest Olechemical factories in the world and has been built on an area of 18 hectares, located in Special Economic Zone (KEK) Sei Mangkei, Blok M, N, R, S Huta VI District of Bosar Maligas, Simalungun, North Sumatra, Indonesia, where 30% of equipment manufacturers using domestic products, the plant is designed to process CPKO (Crude Palm Kernel Oil) and 95% of the products will be used by Unilever factories around the world.

Posisi :

ASSISTANT MANAGER QUALITY AND QUALITY IMPROVEMENT

Kualifikasi :

Bachelors degree in chemistry or chemical engineering from a reputed University;
Minimum 5 years of experience in Oleochemical, Noodle, and Surfactant manufacturing as production, process engineer and quality;
Have advance knowledge on Technology and Quality for Oleochemical, Noodle Manufacturing and Surfactant Technology;
Have advance knowledge about ISO 9001; Sistem Jaminan Halal, Kosher, FSSC 22000, GMP+ B2, ISO14000, ISO 45001, ISO 17025;
Have advance knowledge on Technology and Quality for Oleochemical, Noodle Manufacturing and Surfactant Technology;
Good understanding in laboratory instrument and chemicals;
Good understanding on oleochemicals products, it’s quality and problems;
Understand of SAP quality module and other module in general;
Computer literate (Base function of office or equivalent);
Required language(s): English.
Leadership, management, and organization skills.
Capable of building collaborative working relationships.
Demonstrated high level of problem-solving ability to make decisions independently.
Demonstrated excellence in priority setting and execution skills.
Able to handle multiple priorities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills both in English and Bahasa;
Willing to be place in Sei Mangkei, North Sumatera.
