Berikut kami sampaikan Informasi Lowongan Kerja dari PT Everbright (ABC). PT. Everbright didirikan pada tahun 1959 oleh Bpk Chandra Djojonegoro dan Bpk Chu Sok Sam. Perusahaan kami bergerak pada produksi baterai kering yang berkualitas di Indonesia. Selain baterai, perusahaan kami juga bergerak di bidang distribusi dan perdagangan. Kami menjadi distributor dari produk makanan dan minuman “ABC” seperti kecap, sambal, makanan kaleng, sirup, kecap dan banyak produk makanan lain untuk pulau Sumatra. Beberapa tahun terakhir ini kami juga bekerjasama dengan produsen makanan dan minuman untuk menghasilkan produk kami sendiri dengan merek Foyu, Es Sachet dan beberapa merek lainnya.

Saat ini PT. Everbright (ABC) membuka rekrutmen untuk mengisi lowongan sebagai berikut :

Posisi : 

MANAGEMENT TRAINEE

JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

1. Learning about the corporate system both the general and specific things.
2. Learning about the business process in each department to understand how the factory held all it’s process
3. Learning about the specific job in the specific department they are assigned in
4. Evaluate the system both corporate, department, business flow or specific job.
5. Suggest the improvement in a corporate both practical or strategical thing to their super ordinates based on a good analytical thinking.
6. Working with other people as a mentor to developed any skill needed in the future position
7. Well handling all the project that given by their super ordinates
8. Submit the report to the super ordinates
9. Continuously improving the skill, knowledge and experience that contributed to the performance

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Age 22-30 years old
2. Have a Bachelor Degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronic Engineering and Instrumental Engineering (Magister Degree will be an advantage) with a minimum GPA 3.3 out of 4,00 from the reputable university (State University or Private University with minimum B Accreditation).
3. Have 2 years experience in Production, Quality Assurance and Technic Department at a Non Organic Factory will be an advantage (Fresh Graduate is welcomed to apply).
4. Have a good achievement beside the GPA in university or at works that proven by the certificate
5. Have strong orientation to learn and seeking information both theoretical and practical things related to the factory business.
6. Have a strong target oriented point of view that show by a high motivation in working.
7. Have a strong ability to work under pressure and tight deadline
8. Well adapted to any changes
9. Fluently in English and Mandarin (both written and speaking)
10. Willing to be placed in Medan

SALES AND MARKETING GENERAL MANAGER

JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

1. Controlling end to end process in Marketing and Sales with a strategic point of view to win the market and achieve a sales target.
2. Discussed the strategic plan in sales and marketing with the Board Of Director.
3. Compile all the data in sales and marketing to build a strong planning and system.
4. Set a reasonable pricing structure that competitive with the competitor’s.
5. Handling a product development based on the market’s need
6. Handling a product improvement with a strong analysis in it’s strength and weakness.
7. Controlling the logistic and distribution process.
8. Controlling the healthy level of account receivable by controlling the bad debt.
9. Leading and managing the sales and marketing team to achieve the corporate goals by impacting them with a good motivation and give a right direction.
10. Built a strong networking and good relationship to the major accounts including supermarket chain. Hypermarket and sub distributor
11. Improving the efficiency in sales and marketing department

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Age 40-50 years old
2. At least have a bachelor degree related to sales and marketing (More likely to have a Master Degree in Economy with a Marketing Management Specialization).
3. At least 5 years experience in a same position in a Fast Moving Consumer Good and Distributor.
4. Have a strong motivation and target oriented that approved with an Achievement Award in the previous experience.
5. Mastering end to end process in Marketing including establish the marketing strategy based on the projection of the market share in a future, leading the market expansion and cascading the marketing plan.
6. Mastering end to end process in Sales including establish the sales strategy based on the sales target, leading the sales expansion and cascading the sales plan.
7. Well handling the product pricing structure with a good reasonable analysis to decide the competitive price toward the competitor’s product.
8. Have a good understanding in product development by having a good understanding and sensitivity to the market’s need that related to have a strong sense of innovation.
9. Have a good analytical ability to analyse the strength and the weakness of each product to performed a strong product improvement.
10. Ability to compile all the data related to sales and marketing to developed a strong marketing and sales system.
11. Have a good communication skill to discussed about marketing and sales strategic plan with the Board of Director and to communicate the plan to their subordinates.
12. Have a good sense of leadership and people management that based on strategic point of view including communicate the goals and strategic to the subordinates, able to set the rules and discipline in the sales and marketing team, evaluate the subordinates performance, set the right training for the subordinates, able to solve the problem that related to human and achieving target including impacted the team with a good motivation.
13. Mastering in logistic and distribution process and solving the problems with a strategic point of view.
14. Strong ability in controlling account receivable and credit in a healthy and acceptable level that related solve the problem of a bad debt.
15. Strong ability in networking and relationship building to major accounts including supermarket chain, hypermarket and sub distributor.
16. Mastering the strategy in improving efficiency in a sales and marketing department.
17. Fluent in English, Mandarin and Hokkien.
18.  Already got both First and Second Dose of Covid-19 Vaccine
19. Willing to be in contract for the first year before become a permanent employee.
20. Willing to be placed in Medan.
21. Willing to be in business trip to all corporate operational area.
