Posisi :

1. Restaurant & Banquet Manager

2. Waiter/ Waitress

3. Chef de Partie    

Purpose:

1. To manage the operation of kitchen restaurant and event by developing and implementing strategies and services which meet the needs of standard.

Requirements:

1. Positive Business Oriented
2. High school (SMA) Diploma (D3) required, Bachelor’s degree (S1) preferred
3. Minimum one – two years restaurant supervisory experience in a high volume fine dining environment
4. Excellent oral and written communication skills
5. Able to collaborate effectively with other hotel employees and managers to ensure team work
6. Strong floor presence with focus and energy
7. Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
8. Basic computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite
