Shipping Officer

Deskripsi Pekerjaan

To book a space on the appointed vessel based on the shipment schedule mentioned on the PO and confirmation from customer or shipping lines.
To keep aspace on the appointed vessel by sending proforma shipping instructions.
To arrage delivery of empaty container from shipping line’s storage area.
To prepare all the supporting documents before the loading activities is started, i.e. inspection by suveyor (if required), shipment certificate, etc.,
To prepare and issuing stuffing instruction, which contains full details and requirement of the order, to warehouse .
To prepare commercial invoice, packing list and order shipping documents.
Preparing container list and send full shipment details to the customer after the vessel left the port.
To prepare all supporting shipment certificate required by customer.
To maintain all copy of shipping documents and send the original to customer
To participate in maintaning the ISO 9001 & ISO 14001, SMK 3 implementation
Supervise to implement, control, and maintain the QMS, HAS 23000, SMK3, EMS in each departement/ section.

REQUIREMENT

Bachelor’s Degree from any major
Has minimum of 3 years’ experience in similar role from shipping in Manufacturing Company
Has well experience in handling EXIM and understanding of administrative process
Good communication in English (Both Oral and Written)
Able to work as individul and able to work as team in cross functional department
Familiar with mixcrosoft office program
Understanding ISO 9001, ISO 14001, SMK3 and Halal Assurance System HAS 23000
