Posisi :

Finance Accounting Manager

Duties and responsibilities

1. Full hands on accounting and finance areas of the company which includes ensuring all the reporting compliance met and other requirements
2. Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies and principles
3. Meet financial accounting objectives
4. Preparation of budget and rolling forecast
5. Preparation of long-term business plan
6. Work closely with other departments to achieve and/or improve the organization performance
7. Assign projects and direct staff to ensure compliance and accuracy
8. Liaise with third party, e.g. external auditors and appraisals

Qualifications

1. Bachelor Degree in Accounting
2. Have minimum five (5) years relevant professional experience, preferably with Agriculture company
3. Strong experience in income statement analysis.
4. Ideal candidate should be at his/her 35 – 40
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook and PowerPoint, Accurate Software
6. Advanced Excel skills, ability to work with lookups and pivot tables.
7. Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
8. High attention to detail and accuracy
9. Apparent leadership potential & strong character
10. Strong organizational, analytical and interpersonal skills.
