Posisi : 

1. General Affairs Service Staff - Patuha

Job Description

1. Carry out the program for managing head office facilities and housekeeping, including cleanliness, safety, and comfort, effectively and efficiently
2. Implement work systems and procedures in the General Affairs Department
3. Carry out maintenance and repairs to damaged supporting facilities (buildings, transportation, supporting equipment, etc.)
4. Make changes to supporting facilities quickly and precisely
5. Carry out and prepare the required administrative processes
6. Generate weekly, monthly, and annual General Affairs Service reports
7. Carry out the procurement of goods and services for the purposes of the head office as needed and on time
8. Carry out other duties ordered by superiors for the benefit of the company
9. Draft Standard Operation and Procedure (SOP) and submit it to superiors

Minimum Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in Management, Communications, Social Science
2. Have experience minimum 1 year in the same scope of work
3. Understand the public facility maintenance process
4. Understand the vehicle maintenance and transportation process
5. Understand the process of procuring goods and services
6. Closing date: February 9, 2021

Environmental Safeguard

Job Description

1. Ensure the implementation of outreach to the public regarding geothermal business unit policies
2. Ensure the implementation of environmental management and monitoring in accordance with the provisions / guidelines for AMDAL and UKL / UPL
3. Ensure the implementation of environmental protection inspections at all work locations
4. Ensure coordination in the resolution of environmental cases / incidents
5. Carry out reforestation / revegetation on critical land and ex-drilling locations
6. Carry out research on the possibility of pollution and ensure prevention and reporting when environmental pollution occurs
7. Ensure that efforts to prevent damage to the environment are carried out
8. Guarantee the prevention of pollution and damage to the environment due to activities carried out by the company
9. Ensure the creation of a company operating environment that is clean, beautiful, environmental friendly and free from pollution

Minimum Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering / Occupational Health and Safety
2. Minimum 5 years experience in power plant / steam field operations
3. Willing to be placed in Patuha or Dieng work area
