Informasi Lowongan Kerja dari PT Caterpillar Indonesia. PT Caterpillar Indonesia adalah perusahaan patungan antara Caterpillar Inc, USA ( 80 % ) dan PT Tiara Marga Trakindo ( 20 % ) dan berkantor pusat di Cileungsi, Bogor. Produknya termasuk excavator, bulldozer, motor grade, wheel loader, truk, traktor, scrapers, road reclaimer, pipelayers, wheel dozers, material handlers dan mesin sektor kehutanan. Excavator CAT kelas 20 – ton yang dibuat di Indonesia dijual ke sektor pertambangan, kehutanan, konstruksi dan pertanian pasar di seluruh Indonesia. Pabrik di Cileungsi yang dibuka pada 1982 difokuskan memproduksi excavator dan skidder. Perusahaan menyetujui rencana memproduksi tiga kali lipat excavator di lokasi tersebut dari kapasitas awal sebesar 1.290 unit per tahun.

Posisi : 

1. Supplier Development Engineer (Fabrication)

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferably in engineering
2. Minimum of 8 – 10 years of job-related experience
3. An engineering or manufacturing background plus familiarity with manufacturing processes (specific on Welding) used to
4. produce components and assemblies for Caterpillar Products
5. Knowledge of shop operations and maintenance procedures
6. Good presentation skills
7. Good human relation/communication skills as well as possess the potential for leadership is required to develop a cooperative working relationship with others inside and outside of Caterpillar
8. Solid ability to use and demonstrate statistical and problem-solving tools
9. Knowledge of the tools and techniques of 6 Sigma methodology
10. Quality engineering certification

2. Painting Engineer

Qualifications

1. University degree in a Mechanical Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering-related degree
2. Minimum of 3 years as a Machining/Coating/Painting Engineer or related role
3. Prior experience working in a manufacturing environment
4. Thorough knowledge of manufacturing concepts related to stress relief, shot blast and painting process
5. Able to read of the mechanical Drawing
6. Thorough knowledge of paint chemicals
7. Able to create 3D design
8. Good communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills
9. Ability to work with a diverse group of employees and customers
10. Fluent in English
11. Experience in improvement projects with Six Sigma or other methodology

3. Assembly Engineer

Qualifications

1. University degree in a Mechanical Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering-related degree
2. Minimum of 3 (three) years as a Manufacturing Engineer or related role
3. Prior experience working in a manufacturing environment
4. Thorough knowledge of manufacturing concepts related to assembly process
5. Thorough knowledge of Torqueing process
6. Understanding hydraulic and electrical systems, schematics, diagrams, and drawings
7. Good communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills
8. Ability to work with a diverse group of employees and customers
9. Able to create 3D design
10. Fluent in English
11. Experience in improvement projects with Six Sigma or other methodology

4. Test Engineer

Qualifications:

1. University degree in a Mechanical Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering-related degree.
2. Minimum of 3 years as a Machining Engineer or related role
3. Prior experience working in a manufacturing environment
4. Thorough knowledge of manufacturing concepts related to testing process
5. Ability to read, and thorough knowledge of, mechanical drawings and related machining design requirements
6. Thorough knowledge of Hydraulic Systems
7. Machining programming experience
8. Good communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills.
9. Ability to work with a diverse group of employees and customers
10. Ability to read hydraulic schematic diagram
11. Ability to read of the electrical schematic diagram
12. Able to create 3D design is a plus
13. Have programming skill such as C/C++ or VB is a plus
14. Fluent in English
15. Experience in improvement projects with Six Sigma or other methodology

5. Machining Engineer

Qualifications

1. University degree in a Mechanical Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering-related degree
2. Minimum of 3 (three) years as a Machining Engineer or related role
3. Prior experience working in a manufacturing environment
4. Thorough knowledge of manufacturing concepts related to machining process
5. Able to read of the mechanical Drawing
6. Understand GD&T concept
7. Able to create or modify the Numerical Controls (NC) programming
8. Able to create 3D design
9. Good communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills
10. Fluent in English
11. Ability to work with a diverse group of employees and customers

6. Tooling Engineer

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related Technical degree
2. Minimum of 5 (five) years experiences in mechanical design or tool design
3. Proficient level English, communication and writing
4. Proficient in 3D Drawing software, Creo is preferred, MS. Office, etc.
5. Familiar with OHSAS standards related to heavy industry
6. Good communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills.
7. Having experiences in improvement projects with Six Sigma or other methodology is a plus
8. Fluent in English
