PT Oleochem & Soap Industri mencari kandidat untuk mengisi lowongan sebagai berikut :

Posisi : Production Manager

Tugas/ Tanggung Jawab :

To be responsible for implementation of the production plans in both quantities and quality.
To ensure the Process Parameters of Saponification, Soap Finishing Lines & Glycerine are correctly formulated (in conjunction with R&D and QC), reviewed & Followed.
To ensure the Optimum Utilization of the resources like Manpower (including overtime strict control), Material consumption, Utilities & Consumables.
To maintain good manufacturing practice productivity with regard to quality and quantity and to ensure optimum utilization of production elements.
To strictly control the scrap generation & optimize the recycling & reuse.
To ensure that the Plant & machinery is always maintained well. Cleanliness & Houskeepiong of the Factory & its all areas is maintained at all the times.
To plan the issuing and delivery of raw materials from stores and to ensure proper storage in identified area.
To be responsible for evaluating the performance of work at the various stages and the performance of the individual workers and write annual and periodic reports on them.
To comply with industrial safety regulations and the availability of the safety implements required.
To ensure the Real Time Data entry by all his sections to SAP system. Accuracy of the data entry to be ensured.
To identify and plan the process control activity, which directly affect the quality and ensure that these process are carried out under controlled conditions.
To coordinate with Quality Control Manager on issues regarding disposal on non-conformity.
To ensure there are No market complaints. But if any then To ensure the RCA of the Market complaints & Any QC Product Hold is Completed under his leadership with All Preventive actions ensured & Implemented.
To steer & develop the Team as A Strong leader with Effective Demonstration & Coaching.
Developing his down line & plant operators and work force. Identify the training needs & implement the development programs (in conjunction with HRD).

Kualifikasi:

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree/Post Graduate Degree in Chemical, Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, HAS 23000, SMK3 and KOSHER
Good Command Oral & Written.
Skills : Leadership; Communication Skills; Good Technical Skills; Interpersonal Begavior; Integrity (Honest, Fairness, Committed) Negotiation skills; Persuading; Reasoning; Problem Solving & Decision Making; Handling Conflict; Meeting; Organization skills; Report writing; Computer literate.
At least 10 Year(s) of working experience in process activity in a Soap Manufacturing company specifically in Saponification, Toilet and Laundry Finishing Line, Soap Finishing Lines & Glycerine Plant.
