1. Customer Service Supervisor

About the Job

We are hiring a Customer Service Supervisor that will help us to manage customer queries and complaints. This person will also responsible to process orders, modifications, and escalate complaints across a number of communication channels.

Responsibilities:

- Maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers

- Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints

- Process orders, modifications, and escalate complaints across a number of communication channels

- Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints

- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support

Minimum Qualification

- Minimum bachelor’s degree with GPA 3.0

- Proven experience as customer service in FREIGHT FORWARDING, LOGISTIC, or SHIPPING LINES company

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem solving, and collaboration skills

- Proficient in using English

- Willing to be placed in Tanjung Priok, Jakarta

2. Finance/Accounting Staff

About the Job

We are looking for skilled Accounting Staff to provide financial information, maintain financial reports, records, and general ledgers. The sucessful candidate should have deep analytical skills and attention to details.

Job Desc:

- Prepare consolidated internal and external financial statements by gathering and analyzing information from the general ledger system

- Maintain and balance an automated consolidation system by inputting data; scheduling required jobs; verifying data.

- Reconcile accounts in a timely manner

- Provide accounting clerical assistance to the accounting department

- Prepare general ledger entries by maintaining records and files; reconciling accounts.

- Accomplish accounting and organization mission by completing related results as needed.

Minimum Qualification

- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting with min. GPA 3.5

- Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply, experienced in accounting would be an advantage

- Familiar with bookkeeping and basic accounting procedures

- Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and financial reports

- Attention to detail and accuracy

- Able to work under pressure

- Willing to be placed in Surabaya

3. HVE & Workshop Mechanic

About the Job

- Melakukan pengecheckan rutin kondisi setiap unit alat berat.

- Menyiapkan spare parts alat berat untuk maintenance

- Troubleshooting electrica

- Maintenance dan memperbaiki unit alat berat

- Membuat laporan kondisi alat berat ke atasan

- Menentukan kebutuhan spare part repair

Minimum Qualification

- Minimal pendidikan D3 / D4

- IPK min 2.9 / 4.0

- Jurusan Teknik Otomasi / Teknik Elektro / Teknik Kelistrikan Kapal / Teknik Mekantronika / Teknik Permesinan Kapal

- Fresh Graduate atau berpengalaman dipersilahkan melamar

- Loyalitas tinggi

- Memiliki komunikasi yang baik, jiwa kepemimpinan dan kemampuan presentasi

- Mampu bekerja dalam shift

- Memiliki kemampuan basic electrical, diagnostic engine, kalibrasi transmisi, menentukan kebutuhan spare part repair, trouble shooting electrica, trouble shooting mesin kapal

4. Overseas Purchasing (Mandarin)

About the Job

We are looking for an Overseas Purchasing Staff to buy essential products for our day-to-day operations. This position will handle international key suppliers to ensure optimal stock levels. The responsibilities are including suppliers evaluation, price and contract negotiation.

The successful candidate should have proficiency in Mandarin language, good knowledge of market research, and excellent negotiation skills.

- Research potential suppliers for company’s need

- Negotiate price and contract with suppliers

- Manage and track orders to ensure timely delivery

- Prepare purchase orders and send copies to suppliers and to departments originating requests

- Prepare, maintain, and review purchasing files, reports and price lists

- Check shipments when they arrive to ensure that orders have been filled correctly and that goods meet specifications

- Create and maintain good relationship with suppliers

Minimum Qualification

- Minimum Diploma, prefer from mechanical, industrial, or electrical engineering

- Proficient to communicate in Mandarin language (oral and written) is mandatory

- Posses HSK 4 certification would be a plus

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills

- Strong market research and analytical skills

- Willing to be placed in Kalianak, Surabaya

5. Sales Executive (Biak)

We are looking for someone who networks, makes connections, builds relationship, and pursues opportunities to join our Sales Executive Team.

The candidate for this position should excel at creating and closing new sales opportunities and maintain existing customers.

JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

- Selling services to prospective customers

- Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance

- Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information

- Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards

Minimum Qualification

- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in any field Min. GPA 2.75
